  They are advertising a monthly carwash special but after you pay for it they do not let you use it and continue to charge you a monthly fee. I had to get a new credit card number because they would not stop charging me for the carwash after I repeatedly told them to cancel it. I tried to sign up for the cashwash deal at the beginning of December but the employee I talked to had no clue how the carwash deal worked. I came back on December 9 and a different employee gave me instructions to sign up for the carwash deal at the carwash terminal and told me that I would receive a sticker to use for future car washes. I went back to the gas station at least 3-4 times to try to get the sticker, but the employees either had no idea what I was talking about or they told me to come back later. I went in for a final time to ask about getting the sticker on December 17 and they told me the carwash was "broken" and they could not print the sticker. I then asked for a refund and they told me that they would not be able to issue a refund until the car wash was fixed. I went in on Thursday December 21 and the car wash was still "broken." I went in 12/26 and the car wash was STILL broken and they are refusing to issue a refund, despite the fact that I have not been able to use the service, and they say they cannot cancel the monthly service without the sticker they refuse to give me. The employee told me only the manager could give refunds, and she did not know when he would be in. Magically, although their system is down and not able to issue refunds or cancel charges, it was still able to charge me for another month of car washes (that I cannot access!) on January 1.

  Paid for a carwash and I got stuck in the middle and it did not complete the car wash. The lady could not speak English I had no idea what she was saying. Never going back
