  Eric, the assistant manager, was awesome! He was knowledgeable about the selection and helpful, but he didn't put any pressure on us. That made us want to buy from him. He was honest about what we need to look for in carpet and even got into some details about the carpet he would choose for his own home and why. This was incredibly helpful to us because we are carpet newbies, and we feel like Eric is trustworthy and actually cares about us getting the carpet that works best for our lifestyle. I recommend Eric and Carpet City to anyone looking for carpet, especially carpet noobs!.
