  This is my first time ever leaving a bad review for something, but I felt I had to do so. I am a home builder in the lake country area and had clients go in to Nonns and order a $35,000 kitchen appliance package (not exaggerating on the dollar amount). Out of the 52 subcontractors and vendors used for this build they were by far the most unprofessional, had absolutely poor service, and the installation methods used on the appliances were below low income housing standards. To begin, they come to the job site a week early to measure for all of the appliances. On the day of install they used siding material that was on site to construct make shift ramp completely destroying the material. After destroying the material they left it lay in the middle of the front yard. The range hood insert did not fit even though they came to measure the week before. They ended up leaving the installation with the stove in the middle of the kitchen with parts scattered throughout the home. This was two days before closing. They damaged the appliance cord for the range. When confronted about it they instructed me that they would install a new one. When I left, they tried to repair the existing cord by bending the electrical prongs with a pliers. They installed a microwave in the island and used scrap pieces of plywood in the garage to shim the microwave in place. When I called the salesman about all of this he said he would call me back in the next 30 minutes. Of course, he never called back, even after several messages by multiple people in my company. I will never recommend anyone to shop there. Very unprofessional, poor service and poor installation.

  Our family wanted to thank you and the whole team at Nonn’s for the exceptional customer service we received with our new dryer. Please let me explain. First, the pricing of the dryer was well below what we expected to pay after doing some shopping with the competition (sorry). Second, the fact that you were able to deliver the dryer less than 24 hours after we spoke on the phone was astonishing. Third, the coordination by Sara in terms of communicating when the delivery would happen was professional and right on target. Finally, the gentlemen who delivered the dryer were prompt, friendly with my 3 year old daughter, clean and efficient. They installed new gas and exhaust lines (a pleasant surprise) and took the old dryer away. Overall, a home run! Thank you for all of the help and the OUTSTANDING experience. - Jeff & Jennifer

  We completely renovated our kitchen earlier this year. We worked with Megan who was more than helpful with designing our kitchen. She helped out with our cabinets and counter tops, which turned out fantastic. Everything was spot on and right on budget! She stopped by throughout the remodel to make sure everything was going as planned. We also used Nonn's for carpeting in our living room. Megan was also very helpful in this process of deciding color, type, etc. She was available to help us whenever we needed her. Any other updates we do in the future will be through Nonn's. Thank You!
