  Poor Project Management and Customer Service. I hired Paradise Builders because of the Google reviews that I had read during my bidding process. I hired the company to build two porches for my property. The porches were supposed to be built around June, but were not finished until around September 2016, with no clear answer as to the exceptionally long delay. There was little communication from the company and I had to make numerous calls to get any answers. After numerous excuses they finally began the project. After completing the porches, they never attached the downspouts they removed on the house, causing water to enter my basement. One of the stairs to the front porch was missing screws. The construction ruined my front yard and killed the grass, causing mud to slide over the sidewalk. The entire front yard had to be reseeded on my own and at considerable time and expense. I called the company and informed them of the incident and the secretary said the owner will call me, as this was unusual.... Crickets... I never heard back from them and had to do the remainder of the work myself. This is no way to run a business.
