  Been coming to Frank's for about 15+ years, and they keep getting better and better. Now with double the floor space they have been able to expand their product line with adding fabric, yarns and knitting/crochet supplies, plus notions and thread. The classroom is huge, well lite and occupied by classes or Community service project sewing sessions. Staff continues to be friendly, experienced and answer the best they can my crazy questions about sewing. Brad fixed my 40 year old Kenmore sewing machine, and it's running great.He also maintains my Baby-Lock embroidery and serger machines as well. Highly recommend the shop!They care for their customers and the community around them. It's worth the trip!

  I live in West Bend so it is a long drive for me, but worth the trip. Great store that has everything you could want for your hobby. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Brad can fix any type machine. Monthly meetings are fab!!!
