  Had an appointment for Friday. Left work and No one showed. Cancelling service and filing a complaint with the BBB. Called customer service and no one could reach the manager.

  The technician was very knowledgeable, informative, and quick. I would just advise that the call center is a bit uninformed, I had no idea the technician was coming until he called from my doorstep, which that part is fine, but the call center said I would get a call from the local office within a few days, never got that call. This ended up being almost two weeks later
