  The folks who did the work did a great job but the communication from the office left a lot to be desired. We could not pick the color until the day the work was going to start. We were asked to chose between water popped and non water popped. Then once they began water popping we were only then informed that we had just committed to 1000 more of work for the water popping. We were never informed when the workers finished during the day so we had no idea when we could walk in the floors. Workers showed up on a Monday and wondered why an area of the house was not ready when we had been emailed that they would arrive on Tuesday. When we stated we wanted all the shoe molding to match and emailed to ask why they had not pulled off the downstairs shoe molding so it could be painted to matched to the upstairs, there was ZERO response. Now we have unmatched shoe molding. They also did not finish the molding on our stairs and declared the job done, expecting full satisfaction of the bill without any clear indication as to when the job might be done. Mind you we waited for two and a half months for this job to be done, perhaps some forethought of ordering needed supplies ahead of time? Due to the poor customer service I can not recommend them to do your floors.
